Applicant Parent Commitment and Signatures

International student applicants to Edmonton Public Schools are required to download and review the following form, which contains important information regarding the application process, as well as details of the District and International Student Program expectations and policies for international students.

The applicant and their parent must print, sign, date and scan page 3 of the form, and upload it as part of the student's application package to the International Student Program. Applications will not be considered with a completed Applicant/Parent Commitment and Signatures form.

Consent Form for International Student Activities

International Programs organizes activities in Edmonton for international students to explore different parts of Edmonton and meet fellow international students. Invitation and information of the activities will be sent to students and their custodians.

Please carefully read the contents of this consent form. Clarify any concerns with the International Programs via isp@epsb.ca before signing. The applicant and parents must sign, scan and upload page 4 and 5 of the form.

If this consent form is not signed and returned, the applicant will not be allowed to attend events and activities organized by International Programs.
